XXIV Old Buildings is a proud signatory of the ChBA Charter for Fairness

XXIV Old Buildings is delighted to announce that it is a proud signatory of the ChBA Charter for Fairness.

The Charter for Fairness was created in response to the Voices of Women at the Chancery Bar report published 3 April 2021. It contains 12 practical suggestions with the aim of achieving fairness in work allocation, career development, marketing and earnings for female barristers in a meaningful way.

By adopting the Fairness Charter we aim to show that we take seriously the progression of more female barristers into senior roles in the profession.
