The Dubai & Middle East: 5th Annual International Arbitration Summit takes place on 21 February at the Shangri-La hotel in Dubai. Tom Montagu-Smith QC is the chairman of the conference and Michael Black QC will be speaking about the recent developments affecting arbitration in the MENA Region.
