Target Rich International Ltd v Forex Capital Markets Ltd

Francis Tregear QC (instructed by Streathers Solicitors) successfully represented Forex Capital Markets Ltd against a claim for damages for breach of contract and negligence.

The case involved detailed analysis of a forex dealing contract and the forex market generally. The claimant relied heavily on European law in arguing that English law decisions were not compliant with MiFID requirements and CJEU decisions.
