Stephen Moverley Smith QC is appearing in a mock application at the 5th Miami Forum on Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery on Tuesday 18th October 2016.
The session will feature two concurrent hearings and comparative applications, which will look at the admissibility of unlawfully obtained evidence and sanctions to investigators, comparing the approaches of the US and Cayman Islands Courts.
