In one of the most substantial pieces of litigation currently before the London Commercial Court (concerning a claim for over US$800m), Francis Tregear QC successfully represented Banque Mirabaud in its challenge to the jurisdiction of the English Court in favour of the courts of Geneva. The 250 page judgment (available here) contains an important analysis of Articles 6 and 23 of the Lugano Convention.
