Perry plays a key role in the strategic and commercial management of Chambers, supporting Paul Horsfield, Senior Clerk, and the wider senior management team in the effective running and continued development of Chambers.
His responsibilities include client relationship management, fee negotiations, business development, work allocation, and oversight of the Practice Management team. Perry also takes an active role in supporting and shaping Chambers’ domestic and international growth strategy and sits on the Marketing Committee, contributing to Chambers’ wider marketing and business development objectives.
Perry is focused on developing strong and lasting relationships with clients and solicitors, combining commercial awareness with a detailed understanding of the demands of the legal market. Clients have described him as “a stand-out clerk”, “responsive and honest” and “a modern-day clerk with brilliant commercial skills” (The Legal 500), as well as an “amazing clerk with incredible communication skills” (Chambers & Partners).
Perry holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management Skills, is a member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks (IBC) and obtained a distinction in the BTEC Advanced Award in Chambers Administration.
