Neil McLarnon represents successful party in the Pugachev litigation

Neil McLarnon was instructed by King & Spalding International LLP as sole counsel to represent a third party to proceedings which were before Mr Justice Henderson and Mrs Justice Rose in the Chancery Division of the High Court for one and three days respectively. Neil successfully resisted an application argued by Stephen Smith QC for an Order that the third party return to the jurisdiction and surrender all passports. Neil also successfully sought the setting aside of ex parte injunction Orders made on 1 July by Mrs Justice Rose, which ordered the third party to swear and serve on the Applicants’ solicitors (Hogan Lovells LLP) an affidavit setting out the whereabouts of, and contact details for, Mr Pugachev.
