Ian Meakin to discuss “Witnesses in International Arbitration”

Ian Meakin has been invited to participate at a round table discussion on “Witnesses in International Arbitration” on 3 March 2017. This exclusive event has been organised by the International Business Law Journal and Revue du Droit des Affaires Internationales and hosted by Gide Loyrette Nouel London. The invited participants comprise arbitration specialists from London, Paris, Geneva and Madrid.
Ian will be giving his views on subjects such as the purpose of witnesses, types of witnesses, the process, pre-trial preparation of witnesses, witnesses at the hearing, examination of witnesses and expert witnesses. A summary of the views will be published in a forthcoming edition of the International Business Law Journal.
