Heather Murphy and Robert Avis deliver consumer aviation training for CEDR

Heather Murphy and Robert Avis are running a training session on consumer aviation at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) on Friday 18th March.
The training session will include discussion of EU Regulation 261, the Montreal Convention and other consumer claims.
