Elspeth Talbot Rice KC will speak at the Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2023 taking place in Marrakech, Morocco from 4-6 February 2024.
On day one Elspeth will form part of a panel session to discuss ‘Whose kid is it anyway?’ alongside fellow panel members, Joshua Rubenstein – Katten, Elizabeth Doherty – Macfarlanes and Constance McDonnell KC – Serle Court.
