Daniel Warents appointed as a barrister member of the Insolvency Rules Committee

Daniel Warents has been appointed as a barrister member of the Insolvency Rules Committee for a term of 3 years with effect from 31 October 2022.
Details of his appointment have been announced by the Ministry of Justice.
The Insolvency Rules Committee, chaired by Mr Justice Zacaroli, is a committee established under s.413 of the Insolvency Act 1986 which is consulted on the making of the Insolvency Rules.
