Bruce Collins QC will be speaking at the AsiaLaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Summit at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong on September 24th. Bruce will participate as part of the panel discussing trends in investment arbitration, including:
- Types of investment disputes arising from Free Trade Agreements and Bilateral Investment Treaties and remedies available to the investor, including investor-state mediation
- ICSID vs non-ICSID investment treaty arbitration
