XXIV Old Buildings is pleased to have reaffirmed its commitment and been awarded the Fairness Charter mark for 2026.
The Charter for Fairness was created in response to the Voices of Women at the Chancery Bar report published 3 April 2021. It contains 12 practical suggestions with the aim of achieving fairness in work allocation, career development, marketing and earnings for female barristers in a meaningful way.
By adopting the Fairness Charter we show that we take seriously the progression of more female barristers into senior roles in the profession.
