Tim Sherwin will be joined with members from Charles Russell Speechlys speaking at this event aimed at those starting out in practice, those who do not specialise in private wealth disputes and/or experienced trust litigators keen to ground their expertise in a commercial context. It will focus on: what commercial litigators need to know about trusts and estates; issues that arise at the interface between trust and commercial litigation and how to handle those issues.
