Elspeth Talbot Rice QC, Bajul Shah and James Fennemore will be participating in the 36th annual Transcontinental Trusts Geneva 2022 conference this week. Elspeth Talbot Rice QC will be interviewing Lady Black of Derwent, a former justice of the UK Supreme Court; Bajul Shah will be chairing the litigation day of the conference; and James Fennemore will be discussing knowing receipt claims following Byers v The Saudi National Bank.
