Stephen Cogley QC speaking at Commercial Maritime Law conference

Stephen Cogley QC is one of the speakers at this significant two-day conference that brings together Specialist Judges, arbitrators, academics and leading practitioners who are involved in issues that arise at the inter-face between insolvency, insurance, and commercial law in the Maritime sector.  Participants include Sir Anthony Evans and Sir Bernard Rix.

This prestigious event organised by the UCL Faculty of Law is particularly topical in light of the current turbulence in most maritime markets.  Stephen will be speaking on aspects of the recent Supreme Court landmark judgment in PST Energy 7 Shipping LLC v OW Bunker Malta and ING in which he acted for the Owners.
