STEP Cayman Conference 2019 – Elspeth Talbot Rice QC and Sarah Bayliss invited to speak

Elspeth Talbot Rice QC and Sarah Bayliss have been invited to speak at the STEP Cayman Conference 2019. This international private client conference will explore the topical issues pertinent to the trust industry with a special focus on wealth structuring.

Elspeth is sitting on a panel titled ‘It’s not the money, it’s the principle: the do’s and don’ts of litigating family disputes’. The expert panel will be discussing some of their own stories and lessons they have learnt along the way. Alongside Elspeth on the panel is Cherry Bridges (Ritch & Conolly) and Anthony Poulton (Baker & McKenzie LLP).

Sarah Bayliss takes to the stage in a Mock Court Application to highlight the topical issues which have come out of the days discussions. Other advocates include Adam Huckle (Maples and Calder), Giles Richardson TEP (Serle Court) and Sebastian Said (Appleby). The mock judge for the session is Jalil Asif QC (Kobre & Kim).
