Join us on Friday May 19 2023  from 12:00 – 14:00 BST during London International Disputes Week for a panel discussion entitled “Resolving aviation disputes in times of war and peace”. The event, moderated by Steven Thompson KC from XXIV Old Buildings, will explore the hottest topics in the aviation disputes market.

The discussion will cover, amongst other topics, disputes and litigation risk management from a commercial perspective, the Hague Court for Arbitration in Aviation and the international insurance claims for aircraft stranded in Russia including an in-house perspective from a leading OEM.

Steven will be joined by Tristan Chubb (GE Aerospace), Erin Hitchens (XXIV Old Buildings), Patrick Farrell (Norton Rose Fulbright) and Ned Beale (Hausfeld) for what we expect will be a lively and informative discussion.

This event is aimed at aviation disputes and transactional lawyers.

This is a hybrid event and in-person spaces are limited. For those unable to join us in person, please register for the virtual session.
