After starting her clerking career in 2019, Alicia Tester joined XXIV Old buildings in 2025 as a Practice Manager.
Her main responsibilities include the management of the senior barristers’ practices, negotiating counsel’s fees, managing diaries, and advising clients on the suitability and availability of barristers at XXIV Old Buildings.
Prior to joining Chambers Alicia worked at several leading commercial chambers.
