Michael Uberoi will speak at a White Paper Pensions Conference on “Contribution Notices”.
The conference is entitled “Pensions Law & Practice: Shaping New Developments into Solution-Focused Answers for Clients”, and Michael’s session will explore “What insights does the Pelgrave (2025) decision give us on Contribution Notices — and on TPR enforcement strategy?”
Other talks at the conference include DC funds & the pensions bill, correction exercises, invalid amendments, liability protection, surplus extraction and Ombudsman decisions.
