Michael Uberoi will speak at a White Paper Pensions Law Conference on “Contribution Notices”.
The conference is entitled “Pensions Law & Practice: Shaping New Developments into Solution-Focused Answers for Clients”, and Michael’s session will explore “What insights does the Pelgrave (2025) decision give us on Contribution Notices — and on TPR enforcement strategy?”
Michael acted in Pelgrave v The Pensions Regulator [2025], a leading decision on Contribution Notices and the scope of TPR’s enforcement powers. He is the Legal 500 Financial Services and Insurance Junior of the Year (2025).
Other talks at the conference include DC funds & the pensions bill, correction exercises, invalid amendments, liability protection, surplus extraction and Ombudsman decisions.
