Malcolm will be discussing recent regulation changes in directors disqualification & IP at the event, which is to be hosted by Tennyson Chambers in Southampton. Other speakers include Lee Manning of Deloitte LLP, who will look at football club insolvencies, and Susan Brown of Tennyson Chambers (who are hosting the Meeting), who will review the changes to be effected by the new insolvency rules.
