Members of XXIV Old Buildings focus on helping organisations navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding their charitable operations, specifically in relation to international trust disputes and fraud litigation.
They have experience working with a wide range of charitable organisations, from small local charities to large international NGOs. In addition to their legal expertise, some barristers are also trustees of charitable trusts bringing first-hand experience to the matters on which they are instructed, and a strong understanding of the charitable sector and the unique challenges that charities face.
