Libyan Investment Authority v Goldman Sachs International [2016] EWHC 2530 (Ch)
At 2pm on 14 October 2016 Rose J handed down judgment following the trial of the Libyan sovereign wealth fund’s high-profile claims against Goldman Sachs. Edward Cumming, Robert Avis and Timothy Sherwin appeared on behalf of the LIA at the 2-month trial that took place in June and July 2016 and was chosen by The Lawyer as one of its top 20 cases of the year.
