Jessica Lavelle will be speaking at TL4 FIRE Summer School taking place on the 17th – 19th September 2025 at Downing College, Cambridge.
This years event is entitled Building The Foundations of Asset Recovery: Legal Insights and Practical Skills.
Jessica will be speaking on Day 2 at 10.10am on “Legal Tools for Tracing, Freezing and Confiscating Assets“. The session will cover:
- Basics of tracing funds domestically and internationally
- Key court orders: freezing orders, disclosure orders, and search orders
- Practical challenges in tracing assets through complex structures
Jessica will be joined by, Simon Jerrum – Partner – Russell Cooke and Joe Mitchell – Partner – Stewarts Law.
