Ian Meakin speaks at Lausanne STEP-SATC Conference

Ian Meakin today spoke at the STEP and SATC Lausanne Conference 2015 which celebrated 30 years of the Hague Convention. The event was attended by over 120 participants and boasted, among the distinguished speakers, Justice David Hayton and Stéphane Lagonico of Bonnard Lawson.
Ian’s talk was on the dangers of criminal law in trust litigation, with particular reference to parallel and multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
