Ian Meakin discusses Boilerplate Clauses at Geneva Bar Association

Ian will be speaking with Prof. Christine Chappuis, Professor of Commercial Law at Geneva University, to members of the Geneva Bar Association at their monthly conference which this time is on “Boilerplate Clauses”. Specifically, they will be discussing the agreement in its entirety, no waiver and variation clauses – Swiss and English law compared.
