ChBA Cayman Conference 2024

Edward Cumming KC and Niamh Davis will speak at the ChBA Cayman Conference in November 2024.

Their session on Trusts and ESG will take place on Friday 8th November at 10.10am. Edward will discuss ‘Investing in the future: trust, ESG and a developing landscape’ and Niamh will explore ‘The future of investment powers in trusts (with an eye to ESG considerations)’.

The session will be chaired by Ian Clarke KC, Selborne Chambers. Edward and Niamh will speak alongside Mathew Roper, 5 Stone Buildings, and Greg Williams, Coram Chambers.
