Elspeth Talbot Rice QC speaking at the Trust & Estates Litigation Forum, Marrakech

Elspeth Talbot Rice QC is attending the Trust & Estates Litigation Forum on the 26-28 February 2020 which is taking place at the Four Seasons Resort in Marrakech, Morocco.

As part of the Keynote event of the conference, Elspeth is interviewing The Rt Hon Lord (Charles) Falconer.

She is also speaking on a panel entitled “Sub-strata of trusts – a new line of attack?” This panel discussion will touch on various topics including: Assessing the inherent limits to trustee powers, whether trustees can achieve almost anything if they have a trust which has wide powers of amendment, addition and removal in it and finally whether they should only exercise those powers to achieve the purpose (Substratum) for which the trust was set up.
