Edward Knight will be speaking at the PCS Trusts, Trustees and Insolvency conference in London on 24 February 2015. He will conduct a brief examination of the difficulties arising out of the Administration of Insolvent Estates of Deceased Persons Order 1986 raised in Re Berezovsky, Lockston Inc v Wood [2015] EWHC 2962 (Ch) and will compare the regimes for insolvent estates and trusts, touching on the pitfall of Re Vos [2006] BPIR 348.
