Courts of the Future Forum | XXIV Old Buildings

The DIFC Courts and the Dubai Future Foundation have announced the creation of the Courts of the Future Forum.

The aim of the Forum is to develop new mechanisms for dispute resolution, taking account of the impact of emerging technologies and the opportunities they present. Tom Montagu-Smith QC and Robert Avis of XXIV Old Buildings have been appointed as members of the forum.
