Court of Appeal rules on LIBOR claims test case

Following a 7 day appeal hearing, the Court of Appeal (Etherton MR, Longmore and Newey LJJ) handed down judgment this morning in the LIBOR claims test case, Property Alliance Group v Royal Bank of Scotland: [2018] EWCA Civ 355.
