Charles Strachan has been registered with the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) Courts as a DIFC Part II Legal Practitioner. Charles now has rights to practice in the DIFC Courts, with full Rights of Audience.
Charles Strachan has a busy commercial chancery practice that covers the range of Chambers’ core areas of specialism, in particular civil fraud and commercial disputes both domestic and international.
The international element of Charles’ practice extends from Singapore to the Middle East and the Caribbean. Charles has particular experience of disputes in the DIFC, ADGM and QIFC having spent six months seconded to a large international law firm’s Dubai office.
