Arshad Ghaffar has accepted an invitation to be a panellist at the ICC Young Arbitrators’ Forum on Revitalising Arbitration in the Middle East.
Arshad will be on a panel entitled “Arbitration in Oman – recent developments and future prospects” and will be speaking generally about the law and practice of arbitration in Oman.
