Arshad Ghaffar speaking at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators conference in Pakistan

Arshad Ghaffar will be speaking at the first conference by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators newly-formed Pakistan Branch in Islamabad on 27 May.
The conference on judicial perspective of domestic and international arbitration in Pakistan under the auspices of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), will also be the inauguration of the formal operations of CIArb’s Pakistan Branch and governing board by the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Justice Umar Ata Bandial.
Arshad will be part of a panel discussion about the global perspective of arbitration and ADR and will focus on the following topics:
- The LCIA / ICC / ICSID Arbitration rules.
- Remote hearings
- Technology update in ADR
- How do we promote and train people in Pakistan for these changes.
- What is the way forward for Pakistan?
