Arshad Ghaffar featured in GAR article “Pakistan Centre Marks Anniversary”

Arshad Ghaffar was featured in GAR (Global Arbitration Review) for his talk discussing the Pakistan-China bilateral investment treaty and free trade agreement as well as alternative options for resolving China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) disputes. He presented his talk at “International Arbitration in Pakistan: Past, Present and Future” conference on 5th May 2018. This full day conference was organised by the Lahore-based Centre for International Investment and Commercial Arbitration (CIICA) in collaboration with UMT School of Law and Policy in Lahore.
