Members of XXIV Old Buildings regularly appear in the Court of Protection. They have particular expertise in dealing with and advising on property & affairs issues, such as disputes over deputies and attorneys and the making of statutory wills. Members frequently handle cases which involve mixed property & affairs and health & welfare questions.
