Andrew’s talk, entitiled Removal of trustees and fiduciaries – “Are you sitting comfortably (in the ejector seat)?” will explore the circumstances in which trustees and other fiduciaries (such as protectors) may be removed from office by express power or pursuant the court’s inherent jurisdiction.
