Akhmedova v Akhmedov & Ors [2021] EWHC 545 (Fam)

Robert Levy QC and Oliver Assersohn acted on behalf of Temur Akhmedov and Erin Hitchens appeared for Borderedge Ltd in the UK’s largest divorce case, which is featured in The Lawyer’s Judgments of Note. The case involved a number of important legal issues likely to be of relevance to commercial and chancery practitioners and in particular the circumstances in which s. 423 Insolvency Act can be invoked.
