Adam Cloherty KC will present to members of the International Business Structuring Association (IBSA) as part of a panel discussion entitled “A comparison of international trusts and foundations” on Thursday 25 May in Geneva, Switzerland.

Adam will be joined on the panel by Roy Saunders, Founder and Chairman of the IBSA, Rupert Morris from Walkers for the BVI, Cayman and Channel Islands, Jimmy Sexton, Founder & CEO Esquire Group from Dubai, Aliasghar Kanani, Swiss Tax Advisor at LE/AX Avocats and Annelise Peers from Investec Zurich.

The panel members will discuss trusts and foundations for entrepreneurs and their family offices, and their acceptability by UK, US and other tax administrations. They will also explore the generational issues and problems that wealth can bring within families, and how these issues can be regulated through family charters.
