Elspeth Talbot Rice KC, Edward Cumming KC and Bajul Shah will participate in the 37th Annual: Transcontinental Trusts Geneva 2023 conference taking place from the 10th – 12th May.
The event, presented by Informa Connect, aims to bring together the trusts & private client community to examine the latest challenges and opportunities at the longest running trusts conference of its kind.
Edward Cumming KC will present on ‘Impact Investment – Can Trustees do this without opening themselves up to Law Suits for poor Performance?’ on Wednesday, 10 May at 3pm (CET).
Bajul Shah will chair the litigation morning on Thursday 11 May at 09.30am (CET).
Elspeth Talbot Rice KC will participate in a panel discussion on Thursday 11 May at 10.20am (CET) entitled ‘NONSENSE!’: A Commentary on Recent Decisions. Elspeth will appear alongside Richard Wilson (Serle Court) and Mark Hubbard (New Square Chambers).
